With over 11 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), I specialize in BMC Helix ITSM and am rapidly expanding my expertise in ServiceNow. As a result, I have developed strong skills in CMDB management, workflow automation, platform customization, and digital transformation, all aligned with ITIL best practices.
In the past 1.5 years, I have successfully delivered several ServiceNow projects, including integrations, custom development, and ServiceNow-CSM implementation. Furthermore, I am currently pursuing CSA and CAD certifications, which will strengthen my technical foundation.
